The carrier announced that the no-cost, “fast and dependable” wifi service through SpaceX is set to be offered to passengers in coach, premium economy, and first class from the coming month.
Expanded Deployment Throughout Multiple Flight Operators
The holding organization for BA, International Airlines Group, stated it had finalized an agreement with Starlink to provide wifi coverage on 500-plus jets within its operators, which also include Aer Lingus, Iberia, plus Vueling.
Uninterrupted Internet from Gate to Landing
The airline stated that this implementation for this system formed part of a seven billion pound “transformation” plan that will provide lag-free wifi coverage to flyers from boarding through arrival, including when traveling above seas or far-off locations.
Travelers will be able to link multiple gadgets and do not require a separate login.

Limited connectivity access is currently offered to BA travelers across most of the airline's aircraft using their .air system.
Participants in BA’s loyalty club can transmit communications and text-based messages in the air at no cost, whereas flyers wishing to access audio, video, or content throughout their flight who are not travelling in business or first might be charged from £4.99 to £21.99 per internet plan.
