If you are an Amazon Prime member and eagerly awaiting the forthcoming second season of Fallout, there's a prime opportunity waiting for you: The company is providing a fresh lineup of free games, including Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition.
Although it may not be absolutely necessary to grasping the plot of the forthcoming dystopian show, gamers might also want to grab the additional Fallout game available in Prime Gaming's October update: the equally impressive and similarly wild Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition. Better yet, Amazon Prime members can retain their digital titles forever with Prime Gaming, allowing you to dive in and enjoy at any time.
Upcoming Episodes Details
The latest installment of Fallout, featuring Ella Purnell as Lucy MacLean and Walton Goggins as the mysterious bounty hunter referred to as The Ghoul, debuts on Prime Video on December 17, with the third season announced to follow. That leaves plenty of time to start playing Fallout: New Vegas.
Fallout: New Vegas lets you step into all the iconic locations and meet the eclectic characters that have been unveiled in Fallout season 2's trailers and first-look images.
One of the first images revealed of the newest season depicts Walton Goggins' character, before the apocalypse, visiting the Lucky 38 Casino and Resort. This is not just a actual place explorable in Fallout: New Vegas — you can even barter and gamble, if you're feeling lucky — but it's also the headquarters of one of the most vital characters in the game: Mr. House.
Mr. House's Role
Mr. House was glimpsed in the first season, but he has a major part in the video game as the owner of the New Vegas strip. Given that Lucy, Maximus, and the Ghoul are heading to New Vegas in Season 2, it's all but guaranteed that Mr. House will be involved.
